The Marble Falls High School baseball team earned its first win of the District 25-5A season, a 9-8 walk-off victory in the ninth inning against Georgetown East View April 1. A.J. The Burnet High School baseball team split the two games with Jarrell, which were played March 29 and April 1. The Bulldogs (7-7-1, 4-3 District 19-4A) beat the Cougars (6-8-2, 2-5) 16-6 on March 29 but lost 2-1 on a walk-off sacrifice in the seventh inning April 1. Burnet had previously beaten Jarrell 2-1 March 8.
