Marble Falls cross country begins season

The Marble Falls High School cross country team is headed to College Station for the Mud, Sweat and Cheers Relay meet Saturday, Aug. 16. It’s the program’s first meet of the season. Athletes will compete in a four-person relay and run a 1.5-mile leg for a total of six miles. “It’s a fun, non-traditional way to open the season and a great team-building experience,” head coach Brenda Gonzalez said.
