Marble Falls boys golf finishes 10th at state tournament

The Marble Falls High School boys golf team shot a 320-328–648 during the two-day Class 4A state tournament May 22-23 at The Legends Golf Course in Kingsland. The score was good enough to finish 10th at the tournament. The Burnet and Marble Falls high school boys and girls soccer teams featured several players on the all-District 25-4A teams. The Mustangs, who won the district title, had 13 athletes, while the Bulldogs, who finished fourth in district play, had 10 players. Twenty Lady Dawgs, who helped the program win the district crown, made the academic all-district team.
