The Marble Falls High School boys basketball team beat Lake Belton 59-47 Nov. 28 in what head coach Travis Crain called the Mustangs’ most complete game. “We’ve been on the road a lot,” he said. “Any road win we can pick up is valuable. Marble Falls High School senior center Lexie Edwards recently committed to Howard Payne University. The 6-foot and 3-inch athlete plans to sign her National Letter of Intent in the spring. “I really like the community and the team,” she said. “It’s a great team and environment. The Marble Falls High School boys soccer team begins after-school practices for the 2024 season Monday, Nov. 27. This year’s team is considered to be among the elite in the state. The Texas Association of Soccer Coaches has the Mustangs ranked No. 4 in the Class 4A poll.
