Both squads are coming off losses last week. The Bulldogs (0-1) lost to Lago Vista 15-6 and the Patriots (0-1) lost to Round Rock Stony Point 42-20. The Burnet High School cross country program added more top finishes to its season. The Lady Dawgs won the Vikings Invitational Aug. 28 hosted by Lago Vista High School, while the Bulldogs finished second in the boys varsity division.
